Fluke-710

Fluke 710

sku Product SKU:  FLK-710

PRODUCT OVERVIEW: FLUKE 710 MA LOOP VALVE TESTER

Smart Control Valve Testing is now easier than ever

The Fluke 710 Valve Testing Loop Calibrator is designed to enable users to perform quick, easy tests on HART smart control valves. Featuring built-in test procedures and an intuitive user interface, the 710 allows users to quickly and easily perform valve tests, while the valve test quick-check results provide at-a-glance diagnostics help you make maintenance decisions faster than ever. The valve health quick-check results let you know whether your valve is in good, marginal or in bad operating condition so you can quickly decide whether additional maintenance is necessary.

Valve testing and HART communication in a precision loop calibrator

With the 710 Valve Testing Loop Calibrator’s built in HART communication function, users can source a 4-20 mA signal to cause the smart control valve to move, while simultaneously interpreting the valve’s HART feedback signal to determine whether the valve is moving to the expected position. In addition to positional information, the measured pressure delivered from the valve’s internal I/P (which moves the valve) can be determined through the HART communication protocol.

The 710 has built-in test procedures that automatically increase and change the mA signal while monitoring the HART position and pressure feedback from the control valve, giving you a better overall picture of valve health at the simple push of a button.

Pre-configured valve tests, at-a-glance answers

Valve test routines built into the 710 include:

  • Manual testing; manually change the mA signal and view the HART position and pressure variable information
  • Full range ramping of the mA signal from 4 to 20 to 4 mA while recording the 0-100-0% position, or the pressures applied that move the valve from 0-100-0%
  • Stepping the mA signal on the input to the valve in steps and evaluating the valves response to the mA input changes
  • Speed tests to determine how fast the valve can open or close
  • Bump and partial stroke tests that help test valves over a portion of their range so they can be tested in a live process

ValveTrack™ Software enables further analysis and trending

Valve tests that are logged and recorded to memory in the 710 are available to upload to included ValveTrack™ analysis software.

ValveTrack™ software enables you to:

<ul">

  • Upload, print and plot logged valve tests taken in the field
  • Compare previous uploaded tests to recent tests
  • View valve test history by HART Tag ID
  • Export valve test data to CSV for additional analysis in Microsoft Excel®

Saving time, getting answers

In addition, the 710 offers:

  • Logging of HART data in the field. Once recorded by the 710 in the field, the ValveTrack™ software can upload the HART configuration of up to (20) HART devices in your plant and output data in either (.csv) or (.txt) format.
  • Data logged mA loop measurements and HART data can be recorded from a particular transmitter for troubleshooting and loop tuning. The data log feature offers selectable capture with recording intervals of 1 to 60 seconds and a logging capacity of 4910 records or 99 individual sessions. Each record contains the mA measurement and all four process variables.

AMETEK-DLM 600 Watt

sku Product SKU:  AME- DLM 600 Watt

The Sorensen DLM 600 series of programmable power supplies is designed to provide continuously variable  output voltage and current for a broad range of applications in a compact 1U (1.75 inches) high, half-rack  (8.5 inch) wide chassis.

With the use of Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) technology, these supplies are able to achieve exceptionally low ripple and noise rivaling larger and more expensive linear power supplies. In addition, the high efficiency and fast load transient response assure that the DLM 600 is ideal for even the most demanding applications.

The DLM 600 power supply series is ideal for high density multiple output rackmount requirements or low profile benchtop applications. Output voltages from 0-5VDC to 0-300VDC and currents from 0-2A to 0-75A are available.

The cooling air intake is at the front and sides with exhaust at the rear and sides. Variable speed fans are controlled as a function of ambient air temperature and load, thus reducing acoustic noise and increasing fan life. This allows supplies to be stacked one directly on top of another without space in between, yielding maximum rackmount packing density and a wide operating temperature of 0-50° C. An optional rackmount kit is available to easily mount one or two units side-by-side.

The front panel layout makes the DLM 600 power supply series easy to use. Voltage and current can be set from individual 10-turn potentiometer knobs. Control push buttons include power on, output on, local/remote, voltage/current preview and overvoltage protection preview. Set-point or actual voltage/ current values can be viewed on two 3-1/2 digit LED displays.

DLM 600 near-linear DC power supplies can be connected in series or parallel. All models automatically accept any standard single phase input without manual set up.

molbox RFM Reference Flow Monitor

sku Product SKU:  FCL-molbox RFM

molstics provide a quick connector input for convenient connection to the gas supply. This is followed by a 2 micron (0.5 micron for low flow) filter to protect the downstream components. Then, an adjustable regulator sets and regulates optimum molbloc upstream pressure and protects the molbox transducers against accidental overpressure. The regulator range supports all standard molbloc operating pressure ranges. A bellows shut-off valve, just before the molbloc, allows the gas supply to be shut-off for configuration changes and/or system leak checking.

Special cradles support the molbloc(s). A connection and pads are provided downstream of the molbloc for mounting the MFC (mass flow controller), another device under test, or the optional metering valve kit for manual flow control.

Single channel molstics are available to accommodate single molblocs. Dual channel models allow two molblocs to be mounted simultaneously to switch between two different molbloc ranges without changing hardware or to take advantage of molbox1+'s capability to run two molblocs in parallel.

There are low, mid and high flow versions of molstic. Low flow molstics use a unique, very high stability pressure regulator and minimize dead volumes. They are required for effective use of 2E2-L and lower molblocs and can be used up to the 1E3-L molbloc size. The mid flow molstics cover the ranges of all the molblocs from as low 2E2-L up to the 3E4-L. The high flow molstic is required for the 1E5-L (100 slm) molbloc and supports that molbloc only.

P5514 Hydraulic Pressure Comparator

sku Product SKU:  FCL-P5514

These instruments are used for checking pressure measuring instruments against master test gauges, indicators or transducers. These hydraulic pressure comparators provide a quick and easy solution for checking pressure measuring instruments to 10,000 psi (700 bar).

Highlights
A pressure comparator supplies the same precisely controlled pressure to both a reference gauge and device under test for calibration. The P5514 is the preferred manual solution for hydraulic calibration workload below 10,000 psi.

Make it a Pressure Calibrator (P5514-2700G)
The Fluke Calibration P5514 Pressure Comparator when combined with the Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges becomes an easy-to-use alternative to traditional deadweight testers that covers a wide range of workload. For convenience, the P5514 is bundled together with selected Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges for a complete bench top pressure calibration solution. These pressure calibrators provide the accuracy, reliability, and capability you need to calibrate dial gauges, digital test gauges and pressure transmitters.

For example, the P5514-2700G-3 is a P5514 Pressure Comparator, bundled together with 2700G-G70M, 2700G-G20M, 2700G-BG7M. This calibrator has three pressure ranges corresponding to the three Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges in the bundle and covers a total pressure range of –12 psi to 10,000 psi (–80 kPa to 70 MPa).

The accuracy of the calibrator is equal to the accuracy of the Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauge being used: ±0.02% full scale of positive pressure or ±0.05% of full scale for vacuum.
