The DAS1800 is a powerful, modular, all-in-one data acquisition system designed for demanding test, measurement, and monitoring applications across laboratory and field environments. Engineered for flexibility and performance, the DAS1800 supports a wide range of sensors and signal types while delivering exceptional sampling speed, accuracy, and usability.
With 10 configurable input slots, each supporting 4 or 8 measurement channels, the DAS1800 can be tailored to suit a variety of applications, from electrical and thermal testing to high-speed transient analysis. It enables direct measurement of voltage, current (via shunt), resistance, thermocouples, and RTDs, allowing engineers to acquire data from virtually any sensor with a voltage or current output.
For fast-changing signals and transient events, the DAS1800 can simultaneously acquire and record up to 40 channels at 1 MSa/s per channel, streaming data directly to the internal solid-state drive without compromise. Despite its performance capabilities, the system remains highly portable, weighing just 6.8 kg, making it one of the lightest all-in-one data acquisition systems in its class.
A large 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen display provides intuitive setup, real-time visualisation, and data review directly on the instrument. Optional internal battery power delivers up to 3.5 hours of standalone operation, ideal for mobile testing and field applications.
The DAS1800’s intuitive user interface includes time-saving features such as pinch-to-zoom, one-finger scrolling, and a built-in sensor library for fast configuration and repeatable measurements. Data can be viewed as real-time waveforms or numeric values on fully customisable dashboards. For extended analysis, users can download the free DASpro PC software, while remote access is supported via an integrated web server and VNC connectivity.
