The CBP-ELEC1 a CalBench package that provides users with modules and extras for the calibration of electrical and electronic test tools, instruments and devices. It allows users to test and maintain a wide range of instruments commonly used by engineers in industrial plants, with a high level of automation to ensure rapid turnarounds.

The system features the 7051+ multifunction calibrator module with 12.1″ control centre display. This module combines a high performance electrical calibrator (source) with a 6.5 digit multimeter (measure). It is supplied with a range of accessories for applications and EasyCal software  for automated calibration, certificate creation and more.

Users can access the wide range of functions and features from one ergonomic and organised workspace. The control centre situates centrally in the console with communication to various modules. These include a 2-channel 100 MHz oscilloscope and 6 GHz frequency counter, both operated via software applications on the control centre. Further modules include variable AC and DC power supplies, a 50 MHz function generator and the 5030B electrical tester calibrator.

Adding to the coverage of the modules is the 5069 insulation tester calibrator and a range of accompaniments for service work. A professional solder and re-work station, service tool kit, ESD mat and magnifying lamp are supplied.

The CBP-ELEC1 has automated testing capabilities, enabling users to calibrate a wide range of test equipment including:

The CBP-ELEC1 has modules and extras suitable for electrical and electronic diagnostics and repair work. The oscilloscope module is suitable for signal analysis and variable AC and DC power supplies can be used for testing and checking electronic equipment and components.

In addition to module operations the package includes a high performance solder and re-work station, magnifying lamp, circuit board holder, ESD kit with matting, and service tool case. This equipment is used on the bench for service applications commonly required in test facilities performing calibration work.
