Product Information
The CBP-WW1 is a CalBench package designed to provide users with a turnkey solution to calibrate instruments and devices used across industries. It offers a selection of features and functions to enable automated calibration of electrical, pressure and temperature instrumentation.
The system features the 7051+ multifunction calibrator module with 12.1″ control centre display. This module combines a high performance electrical calibrator (source) with a 6.5 digit multimeter (measure). The control centre has manual control applications and EasyCal software for automated calibration & test management. EasyCal communicates with pressure modules and dry block calibrators. Also supplied are accessories and peripherals for EasyCal, including a printer kits for certificates and labels.
For pneumatic pressure the CalBench features a controller module for vacuum to 20 bar (300 psi), and a 200 bar (3000 psi) regulated module with digital gauge. Additional pressure calibration can be performed using high accuracy measurement modules for pneumatic and hydraulic applications. These are utilised with the supplied benchtop pumps that feature dual outputs to connect both the module and UUT. Manifolds, test stand, adaptors and fittings are also provided. For temperature calibration, two dry block calibrators are included for coverage from ambient to 1200°C.
Electrical Calibration
The CBP-WW1 features the 7051+ electrical multifunction calibrator and digital multimeter module. It provides users with automated calibration capabilities to cover a wide range of electrical and electronic test tools including:
- Multimeters, signal sources, clamp meters, data loggers
- Calibrators, decade boxes, RCL meters, conductance meters
- Oscilloscopes, frequency meters, frequency counters, timer counters
Pressure Calibration
For pressure an automatic controller module is used for pneumatic calibration from vacuum to 20 bar. Also featured is a 200 bar regulated module and a selection of precision measurement modules providing range coverage to 700 bar. Accompanying pneumatic and hydraulic pumps are supplied. Calibrate pressure instrumentation such as:
- Analogue and digital gauges, indicators, manometers
- Calibrators, sensors, transducers, transmitters
- Switches, valves, controllers, chart recorders
Temperature Calibration
The combination of modules, software and benchtop instruments enables users to perform automated calibration of temperature instrumentation. EasyCal can control dry block calibrators, and the 7051+ accurately simulates and measures Pt100 and thermocouples. This allows users to calibrate products including:
- Sensors, transmitters, indicators, thermometers
- RTDs, thermocouples, recorders, controllers
- Process calibrators, PRTs, thermistors
- Multi-parameter CalBench system
- Electrical, temperature, pressure
- Multifunction calibrator/DMM/PC module
