The CBP-WW2 is an advanced CalBench package for calibration of a wide range of instrumentation, test tools and devices. It provides users with source and measure functions for electrical, pressure and temperature applications. Automated calibration can be performed with EasyCal software and compatible modules.

The system features the 7051+ multifunction calibrator module with 12.1″ control centre display. This module combines a high performance electrical calibrator (source) with a 6.5 digit multimeter (measure), all operated via a PC touch screen interface. Both manual control applications and EasyCal software can be used. Additionally, the 8060 module provides further functionality for source and measurement of process signals, making the package suitable for testing plant instrumentation. EasyCal provides the platform for calibration management, and communicates with modules for software driven test procedures. Peripherals include printer kits for calibration certificates and labels.

For pneumatic pressure the CalBench features an automatic controller module for vacuum to 40 bar (600 psi). Then four high accuracy measurement modules for applications to 700 bar (10,000 psi), typically used with the supplied hydraulic and pneumatic pumps. Further modules include fixed and variable DC power supplies, and control center operated scope and function generator modules. For temperature calibration, a dry block calibrator is included for coverage from ambient to 660 °C.

The CBP-WW2 features the 7051+ electrical multifunction calibrator & digital multimeter module. It provides users with automated calibration capabilities to cover a wide range of electrical and electronic test tools including:

For pressure an automatic controller module is used for pneumatic calibration from vacuum to 40 bar. A selection of precision measurement modules providing range coverage to 700 bar. Accompanying pneumatic and hydraulic pumps are supplied. Calibrate pressure instrumentation such as:

  • Analogue and digital gauges, indicators, manometers
  • Calibrators, sensors, transducers, transmitters
  • Switches, valves, controllers, chart recorders

The CBP-WW2 enables users to perform efficient calibration of temperature instrumentation. EasyCal can control the dry block calibrator whilst reading back the temperature measurement of the sensor under test on the 7051 or 8060 module. Additionally the 7085A scanner module enables multi-channel measurements to be performed. Calibrate various products including:
