The CBP-WW3 CalBench is a package for testing and calibrating electrical, pressure, and temperature instrumentation. The selection of modules and accompanying products provide users with a flexible and high performance workstation. It can be operated manually or utilised for software driven calibration.

The 8060+ module situates centrally in the console, providing source, simulation and measurement of process signals, HART communication and 24 V loop power. It features an integral multimeter, and a PC control centre with 12.1” touch screen display. EasyCal software is pre-loaded and communicates with pressure modules and the dry block calibrator, enabling automated calibration and test management. The 5025E benchtop multifunction calibrator connects to the control centre, and provides a solution for calibrating engineer test tools like multimeters and clamp meters.

For pressure calibration, high accuracy digital gauge modules feature. For pneumatic workload two gauge modules have regulators for output adjustment and setting. For higher pressures, measurement modules (100, 200, 700 bar) are used with supplied pumps. Further modules include fixed and variable DC power supplies, and a 100 MHz control centre operated oscilloscope module with integral 20 MHz function generator. Storage is provided by an under bench drawer unit, perfo panel hooks, shelf, and parts bins. Calibration accessories include a pressure manifold, adaptors/fittings kit, test stand and dry block calibrator.

The package includes electrical sourcing functionality with the 5025E multifunction calibrator, and modules for measurement applications. It provides users with automated calibration capabilities to cover a wide range of electrical and electronic equipment including:

  • Calibrators, decade boxes, conductance meters, tachometers
  • Power meters, watt meters, power supplies

The CBP-WW3 features five main pressure modules for calibration work. These include two regulated calibrator modules covering vacuum to 20 bar (300 psi), utilised with line pressure. Three precision measurement modules provide range coverage to 700 bar (10,000 psi), used with the pneumatic & hydraulic pumps. Calibrate pressure instrumentation such as:

  • Analogue and digital gauges, indicators, manometers
  • Calibrators, sensors, transducers, transmitters
  • Switches, valves, controllers, chart recorders

The CBP-WW3 enables users to perform efficient calibration of temperature instrumentation. EasyCal can control the dry block calibrator whilst reading back the temperature measurement of the sensor under test on the 8060 module. Calibrate various products including:
