Fluke 1623-2 GEO Earth Ground Resistance Meter

sku Product SKU:  FLK-1623-2

Fluke 1623-2 Basic Kit II Geo Earth Ground Tester LIMITED STOCK going for R32 990 Ex VAT

Fluke 1623-2 Earth Ground Tester performs all four ground tests quickly and accurately.

The Fluke 1623-2 earth ground tester measures earth ground loop resistances using only clamps, only stakes, or one clamp and stakes. With the stakeless test method, the Fluke 1623-2 is able to measure earth ground loop resistances for multi-grounded systems using only current clamps. This technique eliminates the dangerous, and time-consuming job of disconnecting parallel grounds, and finding suitable locations for auxiliary ground stakes. You can use it to perform earth ground tests in places you’ve not considered before, such as inside buildings, on power pylons, or anywhere you don’t have access to soil.

Keep your options open

Keep in mind, the stakeless test method works only if a bonded earth ground system exists for the building or structure under test. If there is only one path to ground, typical with many residential applications, you will need to use the fall-of-potential test method that requires stakes.

The 1625-2 is also very easy to use. World class accessories speed set up and test time. And the tester tells you which stakes or clamps to connect for each test. The large rotary switch and buttons are easy to operate even with a gloved hand. And you can store up to 1,500 records and access them easily via the USB port.

Fluke 2062

sku Product SKU:  FLK-2062

Product overview: Fluke 2062 Advanced Pro Wire Tracer Kit

Built to Keep You Safe

The Fluke 2062 Advanced Pro Wire Tracer accurately and safely troubleshoots energized and de-energized wires in residential, commercial, and industrial environments up to CAT IV 600 V. This CAT rating offers the highest protection available on any wire tracer. It's designed to protect you from the most dangerous levels of transient overvoltage, spikes up to 8,000 V, that can occur in industrial and utility environments. This is especially important for scenarios you may encounter in environments like industrial plants, factories, and hospitals where critical equipment cannot be taken offline.

Smarter Tracing Saves Time

The patented Smart Sensor™, available only on the Fluke 2062, makes wire tracing faster and easier. It locates and displays energized wires within walls, floors, and ceilings on a high-resolution 3.5-inch TFT LCD color display. Embedded help screens on the display makes it easy to use, whether you’re a novice or an expert. While the tip sensor provides an audible tone when locating wires, the Smart Sensor helps visualize and pinpoint the orientation of energized wires, eliminating guesswork.

Wire Tracing Customized for Your Application

Whether troubleshooting electrical wiring and equipment in residential homes, commercial buildings, or high-voltage utility plants, the Fluke 2062 can find breaks or opens and shorts. Its different modes and functions give you the flexibility to troubleshoot a wide range of electrical wiring and circuitry problems you may encounter on the job.

Four Receiver Tracing Modes

The 2062-R Receiver detects the signal in wires and cables using two methods: passive tracing without the transmitter for non-contact voltage detection and active tracing with the transmitter for all other modes. The receiver’s tip sensor can trace wires in corners, tight spaces, and junction boxes.

  • “Smart Sensor” mode for energized wire detection and visualization on the large color LCD
  • “Tip Sensor” mode for more precise detection of a wire
  • “Breaker” mode for easy breaker and fuse identification based on the highest recorded signal detected from the transmitter
  • “Non-Contact Voltage Detection” mode to trace energized wires without the use of the transmitter

Three Transmitter Power Modes

The 2000-T Transmitter works on energized and de-energized circuits up to CAT IV 600 V and features high, low, and loop modes. These modes change the strength of the induced signal and can help provide more accurate results, depending on the circuit you’re tracing.

  • “High” mode for normal energized and de-energized circuits
  • “Low” mode for precision tracing with a low signal to reduce coupling to nearby wires and metal objects
  • “Loop” mode for closed loop de-energized circuits

Two Transmitter Output Frequencies

The 2000-T automatically senses whether the system is energized or de-energized and selects a 6 kHz or 33 kHz output frequency.

Eight Receiver Sensitivity Levels

More sensitivity levels mean more flexibility and accuracy when tracing.

Complete Kit

The Fluke 2062 Advanced Pro Wire Tracer Kit conveniently comes with everything required to start tracing wires and circuits. The accessory kit includes test leads, test probes, blade and round outlet adapters, and alligator clips to connect the transmitter to electrical systems. Connecting the transmitter to a bare conductor with the included alligator clips and test leads will always provide the most accurate results. However, in situations where a direct connection to a bare conductor is not available, the included i400 Current Clamp can be used with the “Loop” mode to induce a boosted 6 kHz signal through the insulation. The kit also includes a magnetic hanger strap, batteries, and a hard carrying case.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW: FLUKE 710 MA LOOP VALVE TESTER

Smart Control Valve Testing is now easier than ever

The Fluke 710 Valve Testing Loop Calibrator is designed to enable users to perform quick, easy tests on HART smart control valves. Featuring built-in test procedures and an intuitive user interface, the 710 allows users to quickly and easily perform valve tests, while the valve test quick-check results provide at-a-glance diagnostics helping you make maintenance decisions faster than ever. The valve health quick-check results let you know whether your valve is in good, marginal or in bad operating condition so you can quickly decide whether additional maintenance is necessary.

Valve testing and HART communication in a precision loop calibrator

With the 710 Valve Testing Loop Calibrator’s built in HART communication function, users can source a 4-20 mA signal to cause the smart control valve to move, while simultaneously interpreting the valve’s HART feedback signal to determine whether the valve is moving to the expected position. In addition to positional information, the measured pressure delivered from the valve’s internal I/P (which moves the valve) can be determined through the HART communication protocol.

The 710 has built-in test procedures that automatically increase and change the mA signal while monitoring the HART position and pressure feedback from the control valve, giving you a better overall picture of valve health at the simple push of a button.

Pre-configured valve tests, at-a-glance answers

Valve test routines built into the 710 include:

  • Manual testing; manually change the mA signal and view the HART position and pressure variable information
  • Full range ramping of the mA signal from 4 to 20 to 4 mA while recording the 0-100-0% position, or the pressures applied that move the valve from 0-100-0%
  • Stepping the mA signal on the input to the valve in steps and evaluating the valves response to the mA input changes
  • Speed tests to determine how fast the valve can open or close
  • Bump and partial stroke tests that help test valves over a portion of their range so they can be tested in a live process

ValveTrack™ Software enables further analysis and trending

The TiS60+ allows you to see things that are invisible to the eye and reveal problems that cannot be detected with other technologies. It is a simple to use, dependable tool that the team can rely on.

  • Easy to use fixed focus
  • 3.5 inch LCD screen
  • One-handed image capture, review and save capability
  • Fluke Connect™ compatibility for sharing wirelessly

Often the next big challenge with infrared images is to make sure that the images taken by the team can quickly be added to work orders. The TiS60+ features IR Photo Notes making this easy. They give the camera operator a simple way to add pictures associated with the image documenting the equipment name or the room location associated with the thermal image so that the person creating the work order can send the technicians to the right location for repairs.

Be prepared with everything you need to establish a baseline for your equipment, establish a preventive maintenance program and set standard work. The Fluke TiS60+ gives you the thermal data needed to get the job done.
